My mother is on the housing corporation and helps at rush. They spoke to the head of Panhellenic and got a list of everyone’s quota. They were all different. I think the base was about 92. Chapter total has to be met to be at quota. So KD lost some sisters last year due to grades or professional schools. They came in low in numbers. Also, chi o and phi mu stole some girls at pref. Just not KD’s year.
