Let me start by saying all of the houses at MSU are very good. The differences between tiers is very slight and narrow, so keep this in mind during rush. A lot of middle tier houses made great improvements this year and are also making big plans for the future. Fraternities Top Tier : Sigma Chi, Kappa Sig, Sig Ep Med Tier : Phi Delt, SAE, KA (Very very close to top Tier houses) Lower Middle Tier : ATO / Pike Lower Tier : Lambda Chi, Fiji, Pi Kapp, FH, Delta Chi Sororities Top Tier : Chi O, KD, DG Bottom top Tier : Phi Mu Middle Tier : Zeta, Tri Delt, Pi Phi Lower Tier : New houses obviously like ADPi
