My GPA was a 3.8 with a 22 on my ACT and at the end of the week on pref day I had exactly who I wanted. One of the houses that I had was Theta. For some houses, ACT and GPA might mean everything, but for other houses, such as mine, we care more about personality. Yes, we still like to see you have a decent GPA, but we don't look at ACT/SAT often because it doesn't really show us anything. I honestly think you'll be just fine with your GPA and ACT score!
