Hi Are there rules about the color of PNM's hair? I'm planning on rushing next fall and my friend's mom (who was in a sorority) says I won't be accepted anywhere because my hair is dyed blue. She says I should change it back. Also that I won't be allowed to recolor it while I'm active in a sorority. Is that right? I can't believe the rules would be so strict. Thank you in advance.
