I was saying that it is not a national rule for Tri Delta to put legacies at the top of their bid list if they attend a pref party. They let the chapters decide if they want to do that or not, so our DDD chapter very well may do that, but it is not required by nationals. You are a Tri Delta legacy if your mother, step-mother, sister, and/or step-sister is in initiated Tri Delta from ANY chapter in the united states that is in good standing with the organization. And for anyone who is looking for this info about a different org - this is NOT the case for every org. I know for a fact that DG considers grandmothers and great-grandmothers as legacies too. These rules are certain for each organization. Google the org you are wondering about to see.
