Also, you asked if you only list your top, would you get it since you have no other choices? Girl, you will probably have 3 choices. The computer knows that when it bid matches. If you are only invited to 1 house and you list it, then yes, you automatically get that house. But if you have 2-3 houses, you have other choices whether you list them or not. You can't fool the bid matching system.
