I'd say all houses look for certain things in girls (grades, involvement, character, family reputation, looks, personality). What separates the houses is the way they RANK these characteristics. For example, one house may go--(grades, involvement, family) while another house may go--(looks, involvement, grades, character) and another may go--(family reputation, personality, grades)
