Phi Gam is the best of those three, pretty respected house with good guys but they are a lot more tame compared to the majority of Old Row. Always hanging out with the same 2-3 sororities. Phi Delt is known as the red-headed step child of Old Row. They're respected, but not too much. Really very similar and maybe even worse than the top New Row houses (they live right beside them too) but they have the social status and prestige of Old Row. Could change, their pledge classes have been alright but nothing special the past few years. Lambda Chi should be grouped with those other two. They're one of the upper middle Jefferson fraternities, and aside from Sigma Pi they're the worst one you've listed in this thread (at least as far as rep, funds, size, and house). Word of advice: Going lower than ATO will mean that you'll pretty frequently have a lot of sororities cancel on you, and I can guarantee you won't swap with AXO, PM, AGD, DDD, so pick wisely. I like plenty of the guys in the Jefferson fraternities but that's the way it is for many of them.
