ALL sororities have rules, but because Phi Mu is super conscious about their image (which is why you probably fell in love in the first place), they go to more extremes than most sororities. Basically all sororities have rules about: attending philanthropy events, Panhellenic events, basic behavior (like not drinking in your letters), study hours, maintaining GPA, and attending some mixers. Sororities more conscious about image may have rules about: how you look, like what you dress like to class, how thin you look, how many fraternity mixers, date events, and parties you attend. Sororities more conscious about grades and involvement may have rules about: keeping high GPA, how many student organizations you're involved in, how many philanthropy events you go to. Most if not all houses will have a point system and a system of fines if you don't meet the required number of points. The things that the houses gives points on depends on the values of each house, but it doesn't surprise me at all what this girl wrote about Phi Mu.
