Hey girls, I'm a phi mu. I understand a lot of you are scared of rushing phi my now. Yes our sorority does have rules, but honestly that article was fairly exaggerated. You can wear whatever you want to class, most girls do wears tshirt sand shorts BUT IT DOESNT MEAN YOU HAVE TO. We love cute clothes and showing them off so if you have a cute outfits you can show them off in class and your sisters won't make fun of you. Yes around rush things can get tense at times but it's just because we want to present ourselves in the best way. What sorority wouldn't? You can wear headbands 99% of the time but it probably isn't appropriate when talking to pnms especially at spring teas. Make us look bad all you want but in reality every single sorority does things their now proud of but phi mu gets called out a lot because they're "top tier" I don't give a crap that I'm in a top tier sorority. I love all my sisters and they love me unconditionally too. But sometimes it's tough love, like telling a sister when she has spinach in her teeth or her headband doesn't look the best.
