No. Panhellenics goal is to have a super high bid rate. They WANT every girl to get in a house. They will raise quota. There will be a handful of girls get completely dropped but most of them will be grade risks. I'm sure out of the 2500 that will rush, only 200 of them or so won't receive a bid. That's just an estimate, but I'm guessing quota will be around 140 for each sorority.
