The things that were said about Theta also apply to all the houses in the lower half. I like it that some people mentioned other houses like Gamma Phi and DZ. These houses are just like Theta - they're bottom houses for things that not their fault. If you observe the girls in the houses, you'll see that they are all have involved girls, all have pretty girls, all have smart girls, etc. But if you gauge popularity and rank by which girls were the most popular in high school in Mountain Brook, it gives you a skewed vision of "top" ranked house.
