No. It was never made public. Basically, sororities were allowed to contact pnms starting around December 15 2014. You could not add them on Facebook, send cards, send letters, have rush parties, nothing. They broke this huge rule and sent Halloween cards out and even had their Christmas parties way before the contact date. It doesn't seem like a huge deal, but they knew the rules fair and square. It was not fair to the other houses who patiently waited to contact girls when contact period started.
