I really think a minimum GPA requirement would help so much. Not only would it help pledge class numbers, it would help chapters with lower GPA's get them up and would improve all the chapters. It's hard for the lower chapters when Panhellenic sets the house total so high, they're forced to take girls they don't want and who don't really deserve bids in the first place.
