The ladies who write your recs do not have to have gone to Alabama. They can be an alumni from any school as long as they are in that sorority and they are in good standing with that sorority. They have to be initiated members. Going back to my example from earlier, Sally May didn't attend Alabama. She attended Ole Miss, but she was an iniated member of Pi Beta Phi, and she is in good standing with the sorority. So she is fine to write your rec. So basically, you need to find ladies who were members of all of the sororities on our campus, and you need to ask them kindly if they would be willing to write you a recommendation for their sorority. You can tell them that you are really struggling and you aren't really sure what you have to do for recruitment, and they should give you some tips and let you know what they need from you.
