agree that wasn't a bid promise, but wow. I would be devastated too if a house told me that and then cut me after skit. If everyone who met her that week just adored her, then how did she get dropped? Some people need to learn to watch what they say when they tell a PNM something like that. If she loved her so much then why would she say that knowing that there was a chance the PNM might get dropped anyway? I can understand letting a PNM know that you're interested in her, but that active just took it way too far. I feel sorry for your friend. Yes, PNMs do need to understand exactly what a bid promise is, and even though what she said is harsh considering the fact they cut her after skit, it wasn't a bid promise.
