Go look at the 2025 Greek Chic. You can find it online at UA Panhellenic's website. It has sections about each sorority, and each sorority has it's owned "suggested" GPA. This isn't really a suggestion, it's the minimum GPA requirement for each chapter. The only sororities that have a 3.0 or lower as a GPA requirement are DG, SK, SDT, and ADX. There's also a section that has stats on the average GPA based on the number of invitations a girl received if you want to take a look. If a girl only got one invitation back for philanthropy, her average GPA was a 3.15. (not to assume anything, but this is probably an invitation from sk.) The average GPA for one invitation back during sisterhood is a 3.52. As an above comment suggests, I would just wait a year to rush if it something you truly want to do or COB in the spring when you GPA is hopefully higher. Sororities are strict about their GPA requirements and no matter how many connections you have or how great you are in other aspects, if you have a 3.0 you will be cut by almost all houses. Simple as that.
