This is incorrect, the bid rate is much higher. Last year 2,496 pnm's started rush and 2,324 got bids. That's a 93% bid rate which is what it's been for several years. Only 31 were released entirely, the rest who didn't get a bid dropped out. The average high school GPA of pnm's was 3.8.
