I agree with above. People will want to get a job after college- grades do matter. You definitely can balance social and academics but it is important to choose friends and a sorority who has the same goal as you. There are sororities that don’t push academics and getting involved which may be fun at the beginning but then you will regret it as you want to calm down a little and they are still out every day. Don’t you want a sorority that will push you to be your best overall self ? I do like being held accountable for my grades.
