Brandis was the problem. Her first video about this girl is one that is really making fun of her for not having the right loom, right brands and right room decor and saying omg this poor girl, literally insinuating she is poor, and that if she doesn’t get the right brands no sorority ever will accept her hey let’s all send her money so she can improve herself and be someone we want to look at and see OOTDs. At the core, the post was mean. And this girl is 18, overwhelmed, confused on what to do, not super confident and also scared that yeah maybe without the right brands it would be all over. She made a mistake putting her Venmo out there and the article was a bad decision too. But the sponsored posts ? meh girls have done those and the OOTDs too so no fault there. Then she gained followers for the way she acted in TT. People were loving that persona so maybe she felt hey I better keep that up during rush parties bc it clearly works bc it gained her so much attention on TT. Again she is only 18 and if someone isn’t used to all that attention and it’s unexpected it’s hard to know what to do and overwhelming. She should have asked her Rho chi for advice as soon as she started to get the attention from Brandis first post on what she should do. I would hope that her Rho chi would have advised her to turn down
