I’m sorry to hear! I will say that every year there’s always girls that tend to fall thru the cracks. My roommate (great grades, involved, super nice and pretty) rushed a couple years ago and was dropped from all the houses. Nobody could understand why. She ended up doing COB very shortly after bid day and the chapter she did it with was shocked that she got cut from them during rush because all the girls she talked to ended up really liking her. She obvi got a bid with them during COB and since it was so early on, she was able to have pretty much the same experience as girls who got a bid during formal recruitment, minus the big bid day celebration. It’s not talked about as much, but it’s so easy to fall thru the cracks during recruitment. Active members talk to so many girls each day and although they do take notes after each convo it is hard to remember it all after a long day, so when it comes time to vote things can get confusing. Stay strong girly, we are all rooting for you here!
