Honestly I think that both are caricatures that sort of illustrate the Old Row/ New Row dichotomy. (We’ll ignore that Bella is from the Midwest.) Bella is playing a caricature of a southern rushee. Because come on, if that accent and the Lily doesn’t scream caricature of a 2018ish SEC sorority girl I don’t know what does. She’s perceived as a cute, sweet, and innocent girl. Alexis on the other hand is a caricature of the North. She’s got more grit to her and she overdid the hauls early on.
