The only way this is true is at philanthropy you got all of top 12 houses - if they ranked SK Theta and three others at the end they would have eliminated from their card but that is only if they got everything they ranked first - that is extremely extremely rare so now in sisterhood they don’t have a full card so that means 7 of the top 12 houses dropped her . That is the only way they don’t have SK or Theta. Is it possible - yes Probably not
