PNMs need to remember that “top” chapters have a grades cut after open house. Some cut at 3.5, so don’t take it personally. I don’t necessarily buy “trust the process,” because a lot about rush is who you know. However, if a chapter invites you back, remember that they saw something positive in you. Give them another chance to see something positive in them, too. There are 3000 PNMs this year. Seriously, getting cut from a house is just not something to take personally with those numbers.
