There is no bottom tier sorority here. All of the houses (literally every single one, including Theta) have pretty, social girls. Some have more than others but at the end of the day - literally each and every house is strong. Theta has grown so much over the past few years. They have a beautiful new house and they are making quota every bid day. How is that not "pulling themselves up from the bottom"??
