Theta has done better in recruitment than Gphi and DG since I’ve been here (I’m going to be a senior). I was a Rho Chi last year and a ton of PNMs loved them. I saw a a lot of cross rushing with DZ, Zeta, and Aphi. They definitely went after cuter, more social girls. I can only imagine that NR houses like Gphi, DG and SK and maybe even DZ are the sources of all the Theta hate. It doesn’t make sense to me.
