I will add to this, you will see on the reports some houses not making quota. This doesn't necessarily mean that a house was not desired by pnm's. They might have been over-selective and released too many, which could have been an anomaly in the RFM or the sorority excercising its prerogative to invite back less than their RFM number. They can't invite back more, but they can invite back less and sometimes this selectivity backfires. SK only established here coming up on 5 years ago. They are being very selective and have not taken quota or COB'd heavily just for numbers. They are getting a big new beautiful house which will help increase their desirability.
