I’m OOR too: 1. During freshman year, I went home for Thanksgiving, winter break, and spring break. For sophomore year, I went home for Thanksgiving, spent half of winter break at home and then flew to my boyfriend’s house, and for spring break went to the beach with my boyfriend and his friends. My parents visit me one time in the Fall and for my sorority parents weekend in February. 2. Weirdly, finding a job on campus is tough. I’d wait for 2nd semester to do that- the Fall is busy with new member stuff, football games, homecoming…plus, some hard college weed out classes for many majors. 3. I lived in the Honors dorm. I was glad to have my own room and a private bathroom. It was nice to have a quiet place to study and actually get sleep. All my friends were my new sisters and we all lived in different dorms. 4. My house wouldn’t care about cute, discreetly placed tattoos. I can’t imagine anyone would think it’s a big deal. Good luck!!
