To me it’s because of the reputations of the girls they take. A girl from my high school they pledged had slept with probably 10 different guys in HIGH SCHOOL. Now being on the other side of rush, I saw girls they pledged that my house had dropped because of bad reps and low grades. If Zeta would increase their standards for girls they take for the next few years, they might be able to join the list of top houses. But they’re nowhere near that right now.
