This is the comment they rapid fire downvoted: Phi Mu was never really part of Old Row. They were an after thought added in the early 90s because of a Machine mishap. No instate Alabama girls that are considered top want Phi Mu. They want the other Old Row houses and if that doesn’t work out they’ll settle for Phi Mu over Zeta or PBP.
