PNM's like PM better than XO. And, the members of PM are generally much cuter than XO and every fraternity on campus would agree. I would say that XO's are generally much nicer but not many people know XO's because they aren't as social and keep to themselves. I don't think I've ever personally met a XO at a party or in a class and I am a junior.
