They're both good houses but they are NOT lower top. They're both very middle. There is absolutely no reason they should be on the same tier as AGD, KD and Zeta. Pbp is just not socially relevant, and it's hard to pull top pnms for grades/involvement when so many OR houses have first pick on those girls so they end up with the girls that got dropped elsewhere. Even if not everyone sees AGD, KD and ZTA as top, a good number of PNMS go into rush wanting those houses specifically. Adpi is a whole other can of worms. Guys in several university frats have told me they had to stop sending party invitations in their adpi groupchats because their girls are weird. I hate to say that because their girls seem really sweet but their chapter needs to get a hold of their reputation. I hope this didn't come off as too negative, the self ranking from both of them has just been nonstop lately
