This is important! A house isn't necessarily bad if it has had retention problems in the past, maybe changes have been made and they are improving. But you need to be aware and try to figure out what has been going on. The new grade report should be out any time now, so use that as your reference. Try not to believe anything on Greek Rank. The grade report is produced by the university and it has not only chapter GPA's, but member numbers and you can look at the last few semesters to see patterns.
