The bs on this site is amazing. The majority of actives in all OR houses are oos. OR houses are especially selective when it comes to in-state PNMs because a house won't pledge many from the same high school, so even in-state nms don't know each other. Being in-state can make it harder to get a bid since OR houses have actives who know you or know someone who does. That's not always a good thing for in-state pnms.
