Row 3 should be KD, AGD Row 4 should be Pi Phi (APhi should be lower) Why? KD and AGD always fill their nm classes and membership and are never on the COB list Pi Phi is mid-desirable but usually on the COB list APhi just can't be considered desirable outside of pnms who didn't have a chance with more desirable houses. They cannot fill a nm class even with huge quota additions, snaps, and still giving cobs. Then they have to do the same thing in the spring. Desirable houses don't have that problem.
