@Truth is an idiot. A new member class that is much over quota is a sign of low selectivity. 1) because they can't make cuts during rush and then end up with far more pnm's at pref which then gives them all the quota additions; 2) they must offer COB because their house total is very low from drops. Last fall quota was 135. The most selective houses took that number exactly, with no quota additions and no COB. Some houses took a few more, also doing just fine. And then there was APhi that took over 200 - Low selectivity people. Go check the numbers for yourself.
