There are about 130 new PNMs (in each house). While ZTA may have those that will say “never”, it has more than enough interest and returns to make it competitive. Also, ZTA kinda stands apart from other houses. For those not the ZTA type, there can be many similar houses to find acceptable. Yes if you want just one of those houses it may be tough, but if you’re okay with three ir four, well just one of those four won’t be so difficult. As a result for those with interest in ZTA and it’s vibe, there is more than enough demand to keep it a tough bid. \n\n\n\n\n
