ZTA literally just targets girls with a lot of IG followers, nice aesthetic, and pretty. That’s it. No other rhyme or reason. Meanwhile there’s a billion other factors with the actual top houses on campus that will get you on their radar or cut. ZTAs biggest wins are the trendy whole package girls they can get that cross with Phi Mu. Other than that they’re literally just targeting the same girls as Aphi. The only reason ZTA is seen so much better than Pi Phi is bc pi phi isn’t recruiting girls with just those 3 things that zta/aphi are and get all kinds of girls that contribute to the sorority and represent them well.
