And, let's not forget the Southern superiority complex. Southern girls truly think they are better quality than OOR girls so they naturally judge NR houses that OOR girls want to be in because who would want a house that isn't 95% full of girls from the same 4 Southern states. The Southern attitude is so provincial. PM, DDD, and AGD are more open minded...and the Southern girls judge them harshly for that.
