I think a senior that puts out a survey cares about her sisters. She already knew a bunch of people are unhappy. They are looking to have a conversation to make things better. They don’t want the juniors to be unhappy year. Addressing the issues on the survey only make AGD better. Not talking about it and punishing her and pretending it doesn’t exist, makes it worse. AGDs recruitment will suffer this fall.
