First off, the girl states that this was her second time at standards, but never says what the first issue was. So it's not like she's totally innocent here. Secondly, WTF do you get out of surveying your sisters to find out who is unhappy? As a senior, you know you're leaving in 6 weeks, and no way you're going to fix any problems in that amount of time. If she wasn't happy, she should've just quietly disaffiliated and called it a day. Finally, everyone is buying everything this woman is saying as if it's absolute truth. We all know there are three sides to every story- hers, the chapter's and something in between that is likely the truth. I'm sure NEITHER party here is innocent of doing something sketchy, but the sorority is doing the right thing by not responding to this woman. If she really cared about AGD, she'd have just walked away. All she really cares about is burning AGD down on her way out the door, and that's sad.
