Should also note that all OR fraternities have always been on University Blvd. Whereas some of the oldest NR fraternities are still stuck on Jefferson. Phi Psi was never considered NR. They have always been on University, but they are not OR either. They arrived on campus in the 60s. As well as Beta, but Beta has always been considered NR even though they’ve always been on University also.
