The Old Row houses are all rich Southerners from mostly private schools. All OR houses are Top Tier. Top Tier New Row houses are Pi Kapp, OX, EX and Pike. The best of everything in these houses. Then there the more academic NR houses like Sig Ep, ATO and Phi Psi. Then there’s Beta on University. Which probably has more in common with some Jefferson houses like KS, DX or DTD. They have more of a laid back vibe. Then there’s the rest of the Jefferson NR houses. LXA, ZBT, Chi Phi
