Again, the black/minority girls have to sign up for recruitment in order to be pledged. Some people seem to think it's horrible that every chapter isn't like 20% black, but you can't pledge 'em if they don't sign up for recruitment! I think if they sign up, and they have the grades, they'll be pledged.
