It’s has been a while since I have checked here. I am not sure we should separate old row from new row because separate is not equal and separation does not show respect and love. It is true you can rank new row separate from old row because one is different than the other for out of region versus those who are already well connected, but this is a hard world, a real world, and that competitive factor is part of the reality. I would suggest to people to include both, although I do not like tiers. But just remember that tiers are fluid and they can change, so everyone should be able to grow and change their chapter. If you work hard and hold each other accountable and show loyal to one another. Then remember take advantage of your opportunities. But old row and new row should not be separate. Peace out - Ye
