Doesn't happen. Bama's sororities are among the largest, if not THE largest, chapters nationally, and are constantly under their nationals' and alumnae's microscopes. The worst thing that could happen is drinking on bid day or otherwise, but that happens on the DL at off-campus apartments, not in the house, so be forewarned and if you don't want to drink you don't have to drink! New members are showered with gifts, set up in amazing social events just for them, and welcomed with open arms and lots of love. New members are also expected to understand their chapter's rules, keep their grades up, and not be an embarrassment to their sorority. The end. It's all good stuff. You'll find out.
