Theta did really good the last two years and have two pledge classes of really cute and social girls. They surprised everyone on the row last year. They are looking strong again. My roommate is a Theta and her and her sisters are tight and always going out. Early signs indicate that they will be competitive with the mid NR houses like DZ and Gphi. It’s kinda cool to see a house make such huge progress in a short time. If you are looking for genuine friendships, you can’t go wrong with either house. Theta is more social. SK is newer on campus and won’t have a new mansion on the row for 2 years because construction always takes awhile. They have a good sisterhood but are a bit less social. We are all rooting for them too.
