It’s the term your average MB mom and meemaw just invented for the houses they thought were “exclusive” in 1965 and 1985. Reality is several of these houses haven’t progressed since that time so they’ve fallen and are no longer considered top by today’s standards. Some make cuts during rush like they are still highly desired but then they have to take snap bids because most top PNM don’t choose them. Some on the list don’t care and some on the list actually try. It is obvious when you go through rush who is truly top tier. No one needs to read creepy granny’s GR post to figure it out.
