Panhellenic Insider First voting rounds these are the house that have to make the biggest cuts because they show up on 95%of the PNM's top 12. PM, ZETA, XO, KAPPA, TRI DELT, AXO- these are the most desired houses by PNM's for whatever reasons. KD, AGD, PI PHI, ADII run a close second to this. Then there are variations of the others. Same thing will happen after philanthropy and there will be more harsh cuts . If you have a full card for philanthropy you probably won't for sisterhood and that is OK and very standard. First round cuts really aren't personal and shouldn't be seen as such. All of the houses are really good just don't go in with perceived notions on what you think you should be because it doesn't always end up that way.
