Yes sororities are supposed to market themselves and post cute content however there comes a point where it’s clear that is all some houses care about. When all you do is post tik tok after tik tok and seem to put social media as a priority it really shows that you only value that and being “seen as top.” Other houses compared to some are just having fun but with some you can see how important it is to them. Idk I just feel like it’s so unauthentic and makes them look bad. If followers is all you care about then you need to look real hard at your life and what should be important to you. At the end of the day no one is going to say I’m so glad I joined the sorority with blank amount of followers. No they’re going to say I’m so glad I found a place where I am able to meet so many people with differences but also a likeness that make me feel like I am valued. Just my take
